NEW SERVICE:
LOCALIZED CRYOTHERAPY & CRYOFACIAL

Localized cryo.jpg

Localized cryotherapy focuses solely on an isolated area of the body. This allows for accelerated experiences of pain relief for targeted areas. A Cryo Wand is used to pass a concentrated stream of vaporized nitrogen air, with temperatures between -110℃ to -130℃, over the selected area for 5 to 8 minutes.

This type of cryotherapy works by exposing selected areas of your body to nitrogen gas to activate natural response mechanisms that help reduce or eliminate pain and inflammation, minimize swelling, and promote healing overall.

  • MANAGE CHRONIC PAIN

  • CORRECT BIOLOGICAL CYCLES

  • IMPROVE MENTAL HEALTH & WELLNESS

  • TIGHTEN AND BRIGHTEN SKIN

Cryo Facial treatment involves 10 minutes of gentle nitrogen cooled air through a Cryo Wand over your face, scalp and neck by an experienced technician to increase blood flow through vasoconstriction and vasodilation (the closing and opening of blood vessels), ultimately flushing out harmful toxins. Not only that, the extreme cold air from the nitrogen gas will cause your pores to shrink as well, making them appear smaller and less noticeable. As such, cryo facials help cleanse your skin of harmful toxins while simultaneously disallowing dirt and bacteria to enter.

The cryo facial activates collagen production in the deeper layer of your skin’s surface, increasing the skin’s capacity to rejuvenate itself, regain elasticity, appear smoother and bring forth a youthful glow to your face. By passing the hyper-cooled air on your scalp activates collagen production and also can stimulate better hair growth.

Massage Therapy

Looking for a broader set of techniques during treatment focusing on muscle health and recovery? Unlike spa massage which is mainly for relaxation purposes, our therapist Hasina uses medical massage and trigger point therapy which focuses on a medical need or condition in addition to relaxation and stress relief. Massage therapy uses manual manipulation of soft body tissues (muscle, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments) and joints to enhance your health and well-being.

Prenatal Massage

Safe during all trimesters, prenatal massage focuses on areas of discomfort during pregnancy. Treatments are focused on improving circulation, alleviating pressure on the joints, reducing swelling in the legs and relieving lower back pain. A pregnancy table will be used for your comfort, suitable for lying face-down.

Infant/Junior Massage

Baby's Grasp

For ages 2-24 months, a 15mins infant massage helps to improve sleep patterns, soothe colic, promote relaxation and efficient circulation. Junior massages are suited for children 3-12yrs of age for 30mins.

Hot Stone Massage
